Detained for 9 months in SIZO-1 in Bishkek remand-arrested Baiazov Marat Manasovich recently began to complain about his health problems.

On the basis of a lawyer’s petition on July 18, 2023, an mbulance assistance, the accused Marat Baiazov was taken to the diagnostic laboratory HUMAN for examination of the thyroid gland by ultrasound, where he was iagnosed with adenoma (tumor) of the thyroid gland. The patient needs urther examination, consultation of a specialized specialist, endocrinologist and relevant treatment in a specialized civilian medical institution.

Among other things, Baiazov M.M. experiences the worsening of other chronic illnesses.

In the spring of 1986, during the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, a cadet of the Kyiv Higher Radio Engineering School Baiazov M.M. was in the radiation zone, where he received a certain dose of radioactive exposure.

Prolonged stay in a pre-trial detention center in adverse conditions in connection with which, he turned to the medical unit of the pre-trial detention center with complaints of feeling unwell.

In connection with the above, I ask you to create a medical commission from among the INS doctors Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and civilian medical institutions for a complete examination of the state of health accused Baiazov M.M.
