Establishing a Partnership with the Guangdong Huashan Law Firm
On May 18, 2026, renowned Chinese lawyers from Shenzhen visited the Bishkek office of the China Affairs Bureau of the Kyrgyz Bar Association: Ms. Li Xinuo, Director of the Legal Services Center for Cross-Border E-Commerce and Logistics at the Guangdong Huashan Law Firm, and Ms. Luo Jie, Director of the National Research Institute of Digital Economy Law at the Guangdong Huashan Law Firm, to exchange experiences, hold discussions, and establish close partnerships with their Kyrgyz colleagues. During the negotiations, the Chinese lawyers spoke about their activities, the Chinese legal system, international cooperation, and the resolution of cross-border economic disputes through arbitration courts.
In a ceremonial setting, two charming ladies were presented with certificates of acceptance as members of the Expert Council of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Center for Legal Aid to Citizens (KCLACC), wall information plaques bearing the firm’s name, and cooperation agreements were signed to jointly promote legal services in the People’s Republic of China, and agreements were reached on the development of cross-border e-commerce, attracting foreign investors to the Kyrgyz Republic’s economy, providing legal assistance to businesses, and resolving arbitration disputes in international arbitration courts of both countries.
Li Xinuo and Luo Jie, attorneys from the leading Chinese law firm Huashan, arrived in Bishkek on a friendly visit and they placed great trust in the Kyrgyz Bar Association by accepting its offer of cooperation and establishing a strong bond of friendship between China and Kyrgyzstan. We look forward to long-term friendly relations with the reputable law firm Huashang in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and to actively promoting our legal services in the Chinese and Kyrgyz markets as part of the global “Belt and Road” initiative. From this day forward, the Kyrgyz Bar Association can rightly consider that we have gained close friends and the most reliable partners in the metropolis of Shenzhen, home to millions of people.
I would particularly like to emphasize that this firm is ranked among the 30 largest law firms in China, with branches throughout the country and abroad, and is among the leading Chinese law firms in the field of corporate and commercial law, having been repeatedly recognized by world-renowned legal media and authoritative institutions as one of the leading providers of legal services in the PRC.
